
The first type, the bounces are very easy to detect. All I have to look at is the percentage of rebounds and ready. They are users who enter my site and leave, usually because they find what they seek. Try to reduce, improving site usability and optimizing digital content.
The second type, the converted, are equally easy to detect. It is the users who enter my platform and use my products or services (in short, are the users who managed to become customers).
The third type of users, undecided, are the most important. This type of users is the most time should I invest. Here is the GOLD in my digital strategy. They are thoughtful people, who really are searching for a product or service to buy, all you need is a little push to become customers. If persuasive optimized scenarios, able to lure these users undecided.
